The experts of department in shortest periods fulfills thickness residual gauging and flaw detection of hull's structures, pipe lines, anchor chains, taking into account classification societies' requirements, IACS and state standards, including UR IACS S26, S27, S30, S31.

Providing technological support and control during repair works on vessels.
We carry out expertise of technical condition by sale and purchase of vessels. Centre on preparing, training, the experts on the ultrasonic measuring is created at a department which is effected according to EN 473-2001.
Service quality system of thickness measurements meets ISO 9001:2000 and is endorsed by the Lloyd Register certificate.

Shipboard Automation Department performs inspections, repair and setting-up works on electronic, pneumatic and mechanical shipboard systems and automatic equipment of various producers.

The works are fulfilled during repair periods, while staying at ports and, if necessary, during a voyage.

We can calibrate and repair faulty instruments or, if necessary, supply new instrumentation. Calibration and adjustment of safety valves eligible for the Register survey.
The Department is provided with portable small-size presses made by JOFRA that allow of in-voy-age calibration of shipboard measuring equipment.

Ship Repair Organization Department performs the following works:

• repair of the refrigerating equipment and ship board refrigerating units;
• repair of internal combustion engines and mechanical equipment;
• services on certification of welding operators in compliance with the Rules of various Classification Societies.

The Heat Engineering Laboratory is provided with modern processing equipment that allows of complex analyses of all kinds of fuel, lubricants, foaming agents and water of various purposes.
Activity of the Laboratory has been approved by the Centre of Standardization, Metrology and Certification of Ukraine, and recognized by the RS.
